DGFT has made amendment in Para 4.41(c) of Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20 that covers Validity Period for Import and Revalidation of Advance Authorisation by issuing Public Notice No. 63/2015-20 on 27.12.2018.
As per the amended Para, in addition to granting first revalidation of Authorisation for 6 months, the Regional Authority may further consider request of original Authorisation and grant second revalidation for 6 months from the expiry of first revalidation to make imports proportionate to export obligation already fulfilled.
The request for such revalidation has to be filed online in form ANF 4D.
